Не всегда удаётся получить перевод по Золотой Короне. Сегодня небыло валюты, в декабре был как-то закрыт целый день. В принципе, адекватные кассирши:)

Мой смартфон сливает в Яндекс, куда я хожу. Была в этой операционной кассе Банка Таврический, тут же предложил оценить. Оцениваю. Маленькое стеклянное окошко в углу помещения Петроэлектросбыта. Заказывала карту. Абсолютно непрофессиональный работник. Часы работы будни до 18ч. Во- первых это оч.неудобно человеку работающему. Во-вторых: я пришла за 5 мин. до закрытия(после работы), думала, что выдать карту в конверте займет минуту. Не тут то было! Мне не отказали ( а лучше бы предложили прийти в др.день, пораньше), потратила больше получаса на оформление кучи бумаг, да ещё и карту получила без конверта, в открытом виде, пин код генерировать на след.день самой, через смс по телефону. Операциониста жутко торопилась, нервничала, даже прищемила мне руку, когда я из ящичка забирала паспорт, быстро вложила паспорт и не успела я взять паспорт, она задвинута ящик. Вопросы не задать, говорила ещё и по телефону в это время, сообщая, что опаздывает на электричку. Вообщем обслуживание на самом низком уровне. Банк конечно не нужно сравнивать с крупными, имеет мало банкоматов, в центр.офисе на Радищева не была, но эта операц.касса не убедила в серьезности Таврического. Руководство банка видимо вообще не интересуется такими мелочами, как качество обслуживание клиентов. Не понятно только откуда у них 8% на остаток по карте, крупняки себе это не позволяют сейчас? Настораживает. Ну посмотрю, как будет. Посоветовать банк не могу.

Маленькое окошко в шумном зале. Неудобно доставать документы, стоя перед маленьким столиком. Неудобное время работы - принимают клиентов только до 18:00, хотя люди в это время только с работы начинают идти. Отстоял очередь, но окошко захлопнули перед самым носом, мол, через три минуты рабочий день у кассира заканчивается, она не успеет за это время меня принять. Хотя я был последний. На редкость клиенто-неориентированное отделение, крайне не рекомендую.
