Всё понравилось.Просьба дополнить прайс в графе окрашивание указав стоимость краски, чтобы потом при расчете не было сюрприза.

1)В чеке отдельным пунктом пробита краска — 1900 р.-в прайсе такой пункт отсутствует.2)В прайсе указана процедура СЧАСТЬЕ LEBEL, на нее я расчитывала за 2500р., в тонкостях косметики не разбираюсь и мне сделали ДЖОЙКУ -3500 р.- опять же такой косметики в прайсе нет.Итог был весьма внушетелен: Омбре плюс Джойка плюс стрижка плюс краска 10 700 р.Просьба не вводить в заблуждение клиентов, потому что можно быть довольной результатом, а ценник испортит всё впечатление

Спасибо за замечания! Клиентов мы теперь предупреждаем и все досконально расписываем, чтобы не было сюрпризов. У вас волосы очень длинные, а при вашей длине ушло два тюбика WELLA по 850р.

​В начале мая 2018 года я записалась на прием к врачу-подологу на 4 июня, то есть запись была практически за месяц, так что пришлось даже брать неоплачиваемый выходной день. За день до назначенного времени я ожидала звонка от администратора салона, чтобы уточнить и подтвердить время и адрес приема врача. Не дождавшись звонка, 4 июня с утра я стала звонить сама, так как мне нужно было подтверждение, что прием состоится. По указанным номерам в Инстаграм и в ВК трубку никто не брал. Прождав пол дня , я написала доктору в Директ. Она ответила мне в Директ, что разберется в ситуации. После чего я была заблокирована. Вот такой подход в этом салоне к людям. Все фото и картинки в соцсетях — обман! – показать

Вы ошиблись заведением — написав такой отзыв. У нас не было записи в врачу — подологу на 4 июня. так как специалист был в отпуске.
