Написано, что можно оплатить из приложения, но на самом деле нужно сказать о заправке заправщику, которог нет. Тупик. Идем, говорим сколько, заливаемся, оплачиваем в конце в приложении и тут за тобой уезжающим бежит заправщик! Сюжет!

Добрый день! Уважаемый Клиент, От лица Компании приносим Вам свои извинения за случаи непрофессиональной работы с клиентами. С сотрудников АЗС были взяты письменные объяснения по данному инциденту, а также проведен повторный инструктаж. Данный случай взят на контроль, ведется мониторинг для недопущения подобных ситуаций в дальнейшем. Особо обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что, со всем персоналом АЗС была проведена разъяснительная беседа, а также организовано повторное обучение согласно «Стандарту обслуживания клиентов АЗС «Татнефть». Надеемся, что случившийся инцидент не повлияет на дальнейшее сотрудничество и Вы, по-прежнему, останетесь клиентом сети АЗС ПАО «Татнефть». С уважением, сеть АЗС Татнефть
