Обслуживание хорошее, цена адекватная. Но система возврата максимально усложнена. Купили линолеум и к ним плинтуса, в магазине казалось , что плинтуса подходят, пришли домой, когда расстелили линолеум, поняли, что цвет плинтусов не устраивает. Пришли с плинтусами и всей соответствующей фурнитурой ( уголки, перемычки, заглушки) , нам сказали писать заявление на возврат денежных средств и ждать, когда у директора появится свободное время, он рассмотрит заявление (срок возврата средств 3 дня по закону) , тут немного смешного, нам сказали : " как правило, наш магазин одобряет такие заявления " , как будто у магазина есть варианты :) заявление написано в четверг, в понедельник нам позвонили , пригласили прийти во вторник с плинтусами ) написать заявление от руки 20 -30 минут с учетом того, что нужно указать информацию о номенклатуре товара , количестве , цене и т.д. плюс время на поездку туда-обратно , а ехать аж два раза с плинтусами ) давно не ходила на рынок и тут вспомнила почему ))
