Искапала пластиковые банки 250 мл. Нашла в этом магазине. Сделала заказ. Все было оперативно выслано, но когда я открыла посылку, я была в шоке. Все банки в царапинах и потёртостях, в некоторых местах так, будто их потёрли об асфальт. В службе поддержки мне сказали, что это так и должно быть. Сумма заказа составляла 1700₽, сказали что могут вернуть 900₽ + мне ещё надо оплатить доставку. И все это под Новый год. Пыталась пристроить эти баночки в магазин к женщине, которая продаёт товары для изгот овления косметики, она сказала, что такие вряд ли кто-то купит. Никогда больше не закажу в этом магазине – показать

ТараТам – это четко и оперативно, конкурентно по цене. А ассортимент по ширине один из лучших в России. Менеджерам магазина могу адресовать только благодарности – сделала десятки заказов и ни разу не потратила лишней минуты на «ой, а это мы скоро выясним», «ой, этого нет в наличии, хотя и доступно в интернет-магащине», «на самом деле за доставку нужно заплатить больше» и тому подобное, с чем хорошо знаком каждый предприниматель России. Единственное, чего бы хотелось пожелать компании – расширит ь перечень складов, где можно забирать заказы самовывозом и с расчетом наличными. Два склада для нашей огромной страны маловато. Мне, например, почти в половине случаев было бы удобнее рассчитываться наличными и не ждать почтовой доставки. Но ближайший склад ТараТам находится в Москве, а это далековато. – показать
