Сделали заказ с доставкой, за два часа так и не приехал. В чате только отписка будет через 20 минут. В результате в приложении по наглому написано заказ доставлен, заказа нет. Итог - испорченный вечер дня рождения. Мы были постоянными клиентами сети тануки - больше к вам ни ногой.

Атмосфера так скажем вообще угнетающая, не ожидала такого от ресторана «тануки» абсолютно отличается от ресторанов в Москве. Блюда мисо суп чуть доходит до половины, цезарь с креветками, на весь салат 3-4 маленькие ужаренные креветки, (сильно отличается от других мест) , стол весь липкий, игровая комната для детей ужасный треш 😱 очень жаль, что выбрали это заведение для празднования дня рождения. ((( разочарованы, единственный плюс, вкусный торт который шёл комплиментом от ресторана.

Ресторан универсальный: можно и с родственниками просто посидеть или что-то отметить, устроить романтический ужин или даже пообедать в одиночестве. Очень приятно здесь сидеть в обеденное время: мало людей, вкусные супы и ланчи, приятные цены.

Мне важна атмосфера, поэтому люблю такие рестораны со светлым интерьером, непринужденной и приятной обстановкой. Обслуживание ненавязчивое но эффективное: когда пришла, сказала официантке что голодна безумно, и она порекомендовала блюда, которые может принести уже через пару минут – быстро принесли лапшу и спринг-роллы. После я заказала легкий супчик мисо. Бульон был ароматным, хотя хотелось бы побольше порцию.
