Около недели ждала заказное судебное письмо,отправленное мне Советским районным судом г.Тамбова.23 января почтальон принес сразу два извещения (первичное,помеченное 20января, и вторичное- 21января) Я сразу же побежала в наше почтовое отделение №36. Взяв у меня извещение, девушка не нашла моё заказное письмо.Заведующая этим отделением, Баранова Валентина Николаевна, сказала, что это письмо уже отправлено назад. Но мои возмущения и крики помогли моему письму сразу же отыскаться. Никто не извинился передо мной, а заведующая вообще скрылась в подсобном помещении. Когда прекратится этот беспредел, неграмотность и некомпетентность в своей работе? А если бы это был какой- нибудь старый человек или менее пробивной чем я? Сколько раз пришлось бы ему ходить на почту? Я надеюсь, что в отношении Барановой Валентины Николаевны будут приняты определённые санкции. Лапухина Л.П.

Порой мне кажется, что количество окошек на Тамбовском главпочтамте бутафорское. Недавно заходила заплатить за ряд услуг, очередь была неимоверная к одному окошку. Это надо было выстоять огромное количество времени, чтобы услышать, что у них программа не работает. А голова работает? Объявление не судьба написать? Причем, в очереди было много пожилых людей. Как так можно работать! безобразие.
