очень плохо! 12.02.19г. заказала такси Зеленый проспектд.20-хорошевское шоссе д64 кор.2. Объявлен фиксированный платеж-570 руб. По окончании поездки потребовали 650 руб. якобы за ожидание клиенте. Никакого ожидания не было. Я ждала такси на улице, села в такси сразу после звонка водителя. Это скрытый отъем денег у клиентов, что является мошенническими действиями. 26.12.18г. ждала такси 90 минут на улице по адресу ул. Куусинена д6б. Большего безобразия я в такси не видела. Буду жаловаться Мэру г.Москвы. Глава города должен знать своих "героев".

Добрый вечер! Заказ был у вас на текущее время! В чем наша вина? Бесплатное ожидание составило 10 минут и платное у вас составило 9 минут поэтому вам пришлось доплатить! Водитель не может стоять по 30 минут бесплатно, он тоже работает как и все люди! Поэтому никакого мошенничества в этом нет! Нужно писать так как было.

На сайте такси Радуга заполнила заявку, диспетчер предупредила о времени ожидания, которое составляет до 20 минут. Когда пол часа ожидания ни к чему не привели, я сама им позвонила, на что диспетчер продолжила заверять что машина приедет через 10 минут.. Через 50 минут они сообщили, якобы водитель высаживает пассажиров и направляется к вам. Через час пообещали машину через 8 минут. Похоже, у них одно такси на весь таксопарк.. Туше.

Ужасное такси, машину ждали 1.5 часа , потом сам им позвонил , диспетчерша сказала что щас свободных машин нет , как это понять сначала ждешь 1.5 часа а потом говорят что машин нет , сказочные до$баебы
