Пользовались услугами такси 2 раза. Первый раз очень понравилось. Аккуратный водитель, вежливый. Второй раз заказывали такси 8 декабря, ехали по тарифу 450 рублей (тариф озвучили по телефону) плюс скидка сотруднику ОАО "РЖД" 10%, итого за первые 30 минут ровно 405 рублей, планировалось... Подали опель с номерами 938, сели... На счетчике у водителя изначально появилась цифра 570 рублей... Подумали что какая-то ошибка, шуметь не стали... Через 15 минут в дороге пришла СМСка что нас ожидает ДРУГОЙ автомобиль: Вольво серый с номерами 685. После этого решили позвонить диспетчеру (на телефоне диспетчер Марина, поднимала трубку регулярно она), рассказали ситуацию, нам объяснили что это сбой в программе и тариф как и первоначально 450 рублей за 30 минут (плюс 10% скидка по удостоверению). Ехали ровно 30 минут, после остановки водитель сказал "570 рублей!", решили связаться с диспетчером чтобы разъяснить ситуацию... Диспетчер подтвердил что стоимость как и первоначально составит 450-10%=405 рублей ("четыре пять ноль", как сообщил диспетчер), но водитель отказался брать такую сумму, ссылаясь на счетчик. После 10 минут разговоров с диспетчером (все той же Мариной, при том трубку поднимали с 3 раза!) сошлись на "450 рублей на руки" без всяких скидок и квитанций... (хотя на сайте написано мол не выдали квитанцию, проезд бесплатный, сумма колебалась то 590, то 534, то 504 рубля)... Ссориться не стали, отдали и ушли, решили набрать еще раз, диспетчер пообещал скидку в 45 рублей в следующий раз... (интересно с учетом удостоверения или нет...). Обидно не за 45 рублей, а за само отношение к работе... Таким вот интересным способом людей обманывают... Вообщем такси НАСТОРЕНИЕ "отличное"... Осадок все-таки остался неприятный...
