Пользовались услугами три раза. Только к самой первой поездке не было претензий. Водитель вежливый, машина была подготовлена хорошо для поездок (в том числе с детьми). Помог с погрузкой/разгрузкой, подвез к подъезду. Два других случая... Водители хамоватые. Последняя поездка - водитель нерусский, загружались бегом, с прикрикиванием от водителя, разметил вещи неудобно (хотя машина позволяла сделать все это грамотнее), "предложил" за наш счет поехать по платной трассе из-за разницы в три минуты (заодно рассказал о случае, когда встрял в пробки с пассажирами в аэропорт по бесплатной трассе); к подъезду не подвез; выгрузил прям на дороге, при этом поторапливал, и чтобы ускорить процесс, вытащил трехлетнего ребенка без шапки и в расстегнутой куртке зимой из машины на улицу.

Любовь, спасибо за отзыв. Согласен, такие водители не должны у нас работать. Помогите нам избавиться от них, всё, что от Вас нужно, укажите дату, время поездки, последние четыре цифры телефона, на который был оформлен заказ. Мы увидим Ваш заказ и водителя, который отвозил Вас.

Ужасный сервис. Водитель опоздал больше чем на час, при этом постоянно врал о своем местоположении, а потом и о времени приезда. Несмотря на свое опоздание и то, что его ждали мои гости больше часа, он со спокойной душой поехал по бесплатной трассе от Шереметьево и встрял в ломовые пробки, даже не предложив им альтернативные варианты. и это все по предоплате с ценой на 30% выше яндекса и гетта. никогда больше!
