Часто пользуюсь вашем такси , но сегодня это было последней каплей . Позвонила диспетчеру 06.12 в 15:40 , хотела уточнить стоимость и время ожидания . На что девушка сказала "ожидайте" , уже хотела повесить трубку , когда я ее позвала и переспросила еще раз , в ответ" я вас слушаю , я же сказала ожидайте " и бросила трубку. До этого тоже были случаи с хамским поведением ,я закрывала глаза на это ( вдруг день не удался) . Прошу чтобы диспетчеры были вежливы со своими клиентами . Заранее спасибо . P.S. Водители просто супер

День добрый сотрудники такси Форсаж. Решила воспользоваться вашими услугами, в результате чего получила массу негатива как от поездки так и обобщения с оператором. Увидев рекламу на одном из ларьке города , тариф по городу 70 руб. Решив воспользоваться услугами, мой маршрут составлял от точки до точки 4,6 км, в конечном счете водитель весь маршрут жаловался на свою жизнь и как ему плохо тут ( водитель таджик) …. И когда он объявил что за дорогу я должна 300 руб, мягко сказать я была в недоумении- это за 4,6 км!!!! Причем счетчика в машине не было- простите , но всплывает вопрос- он в уме посчитал километраж? я уже не говорю про рекламу лживую.. Звоню оператору- девушка прикидывается «дурочкой» ничего вразумительного сказать не может….. тарифы не знает итд…. Хочется обратится к руководителю сей компании: уважаемый руководитель, вы осознанно набираете на работу некомпетентных сотрудников, приезжих водителей и даете лживую рекламу? Или вы работаете по принципу одноразовых поездок, потому что с таким отношением, повторно клиенты не станут обращаться к вам!!!
