Заказывали такси в аэропорт из Красногорска. Машина нужна была к определенному времени. Водитель приехал заранее, помог загрузить и разгрузить чемоданы, предоставил бустер для дочери. Машина чистая. В общем, так держать! :)

конченная контора. отправили заказ на машину заранее за пять часов до нужного времени, заказ приняли, сказали машина будет. когда подошло время, нармали СМС о том, что водитель опаздывают на 5 минут. после моего звонка через 10 минут опоздания, ответили, что водитель высаживает рядом клиента и буквально через 5 минут будет. машина не приехала совсем, звонки диспетчер скидывала. дозвониться повторно так и не получилось, от них также звонков не было. машина заказывалась с детским креслом для ребенка меньше двух лет. в итоге в мороз -18 люди с малышом прождали машину на улице, ни с чем вернулись домой. отношение к клиенту просто ублюдонское. на другой день связалась с управляющим, с первого раза диспетчер не хотела давать контакт, со второго звонка соединили. пообещал разобраться в ситуации, в качестве извинения пообещали любую поездку за их счет. негатив сглажен
