Тем кто захочет пойти туда работать хочу сказать что их ждет. Во первых вы должны принести мед. справку. Это 2500р. расходов. Потом вам будет генеральный директор!!!! проводить инструктаж. 4 часа. О доходах как всегда в конце и то туманно. 70% заказов аэропорты (по их словам). Платят они водителю 1000р. Тратить вы будете 3 часа минимум на встречу. Это при том условии что вы подъехали минут 15 подождали, клиент вышел, вы уехали. Будете отслеживать сами рейс и если задержали, то будете ждать пока не прилетит. Гонять вас будут достаточно далеко. Пробег реальный у вас будет около 2000 км за пятидневку. Так же заставят выходить по выходным. Так же вы должны таскать багаж за клиентом. Заполнять кучу макулатуры и т.д. Холостой пробег вам никто не оплатит, время ожидания следующего заказа тоже. Итог дня 13 часов работы 400км пробега. 5000р заработка. Итого в час 384рубля. В сраном убере ниже 400 рублей доход не падал, а в среднем 500 получается. Это при том что они еще тарифы понизили.

Я работаю в транспортной компании Отра более 3,5лет на машине марки Ниссан Кашкай. Из положительных моментов в работе хотел отметить: 1. Дружный и приветливый коллектив с хорошим чувством юмора. 2. График, который меня устраивает. 3. Клиенты, которые в 99,9% случаев люди положительные, культурные, адекватные. Отрицательных моментов нет – т.к. наличие и качество заказов не зависит от вас. Единственное предложение, которое было мной озвучено и ранее – вопрос распределения заказов – «старичков» надо заинтересовывать, потому что лично мне работать здесь нравиться и я пока никуда не собираюсь. Молодые приходят и уходят, какие бы заказы им не давались (лично нескольких приводил и никто из них не остался). Кормите тех, кто давно работает).
