Сдавали много анализов. Электронная очередь удобно, 2 медсестры, значительно ускоряют движение очереди. Тут же оформили карту, жаль что не семейная, как в юнилабе. Огромный минус это парковка, точнее невозможно припарклваться, так как рядом ещё и больница

Сегодня пришли с ребенком 1,5года сдать кровь из венки. Пока стояла на оформлении, из кабинета вылетела мама с малышом и начала громко ругаться персоналу, что ей изуродовали ребенка и кровь брать не умеют, возраст малыша примерно как у нас. Я тогда очень напряглась... мы зашли в кабинет втроём, муж держал, я развлекала мультиком и отвлекала, 2 минуты и кровь сдали, пока шел мультик, в итоге 1 слезинка)) всё прошло прям гладко) малыша и нас похвалили, что так хорошо подготовились) медсестры дружелюбные и улыбчивые) спасибо!

Частенько сдаю там кровь, тк возле дома. Пациент я впечатлителтный, очень часто становится дурно во время этой не очень приятной процедуры, но врачи с пониманием относятся. Предлагают брать кровь лёжа, а не сидя. Дают воды, если совсем дурно - нашатыр. Вены у меня - беда наркомана, поэтому часто остаётся синяк. Здесь же - ниразу не оставляли. В общем, я довольна.
