Купили телефон Vertex M120 для организации в Мадагаскаре, дешевый, за 990 руб. Цена была указана на ценнике. Через 3 дня телефон выключился и больше не включался. Принесли назад, обменивать отказались, сказали отправят в ремонт. Через месяц телефон не отремонтировали. Решили взять другой. При возврате денег оказалось, что на самом деле телефон стоил 690 руб. А 300 руб - это БАЗОВАЯ НАСТРОЙКА!!! Мелким шрифтом в кассовом чеке. А в товарном чеке цена 990 за телефон. КАКОГО ЧЁРТА!!! Никто не предупреждал заранее! Гнилой отдел! Не связывайтесь с ними!

Заказал модем 4G 29 сентября 2019. Оставил свои контактные данные. Обещали позвонить, смогут привезти или нет. Тишина! Обратной связи с салоном нет (да и с другими салонами Теле2). Справочная ничем не может помочь. Один ответ: идите в салон и узнавайте .... Не советую связываться.....
