Пришел перенести к ним номер. На сайте эта форма повисает, и потому пришлось. Выбрал тариф "Классический". Консультант стал сетовать,что этих симок уже нет, и предложил подключить любой ТП с абоненткой и последующей платной сменой тарифа на желаемый(это многократная переплата). На мое предложение перепрограммировать дефолтную симку на нужный тариф ответили чушью. В еще 4 салонах Теле2 ситуация повторилась. Вряд ли это совпадение. Видимо, подключать этот тариф невыгодно точке,либо самому Теле2. Через 611 заказал в этом же салоне симку с "Классическим" без переплат. Тот же консультант выдал симку,скрипя зубами. Не нае*ешь- не проживешь...

Добрый день! Остался очень недоволен работой вашего сотрудника Алексея Олеговича Гимазитдинова из салона связи по адресу Измайловский бульвар 38. 03.12.2019 Алексей продал моей пожилой маме сим-карту. В общении был невежлив, торопился, старался отделаться от клиента и всячески показывал, что ему лень выполнять свои должностные обязанности. Моя мама пользуется кнопочным телефоном. Она уточнила у Алексея будет ли работать сим-карта в ее устройстве или нет. Конечно же, молодой человек заверил, что карта работать будет и просил не надоедать ему бесполезными вопросами. Как оказалось позже, о чем мне сообщил сотрудник поддержки, сим-карты Теле2 не работают в кнопочных телефонах, так как не поддерживают 2G. Получается, Алексей Олегович попросту обманул покупателя. Считаю такой подход к работе характеризует данного консультанта, как полнейшего непрофессионала и человека исключительно низких моральных качеств. Больше ни за что не буду пользоваться услугами салона по адресу Измайловский бульвар 38 и не буду советовать своим друзьям.
