Рубят деньги с людей даже не платными подписками, а простым снятием денежных средств, якобы за какие-то игры, притом, что у человека кнопочный телефон без интернета и каких-либо СМС-подтверждений не приходило вообще. По итогу деньги куда-то улетают. А ещё очень не хотят подключать контентный счёт (по очевидным и понятным всем причинам).

Пришла в этот офис отказаться от от номера телефона, т.к. он мне больше не нужен. Сотрудник Андрей, видя что зашли люди и стали рассматривать телефоны, потерял интерес к моему вопросу о возврате денежных средств с баланса отказного номера на мой действующий номер теле2, сказав, что через заявление это "большая эпопея", можете сами вернуть деньги набрав команду короткого номера, тем самым давая понять, что дальше ему со мной работать не интересно, но успев наболтать набор услуг, для смартфона, которые мне якобы нужны. От услуг я отказалась. Придя домой , хотела вернуть деньги с номера. Симкарта уже была заблокирована. Получается, сотрудник Андрей, просто меня обманул. И надо снова идти в офис, чтобы симку разблокировали, что бы вернуть деньги. Не советую ходить сюда, выберите другой офис Теле2. Мне знакомые уже до этого тоже жаловались на этот офис, я думала, ну придирки. Нет , закономерность.
