Минусы: Собственно, минус только один - сроки. Ввиду большой загруженности в мастерской, нужно заранее (иногда - очень заранее) договариваться о том, когда велосипед оставить и как быстро его нужно сделать. Каких-то других минусов не заметил. Плюсы: Качество работы. Не нашёл к чему придраться просто. Способность понять клиента и из его путанных объяснений получить информацию о том, что именно нужно сделать, чтобы он был доволен. У меня относительно старый велосипед, привёз я его чтобы разобраться с колёсами, вилкой, тормозами и поменять всё навесное кроме тормозов. Обсудили план работ и их стоимость (кстати, боялся, что будет дороже), договорились, что и в каком порядке будем менять, что из запчастей будем ставить их, а что я докуплю сам. В итоге получилось два больших заезда: на первом заменили тормозную жидкость (прям очень пора было), поменяли колодки, заменили навесное, выровняли колёса. Второй заезд был больше чем через месяц, там меняли и обслуживали вилку и собирали новые колёса. В результате получил ощущения нового велосипеда, который идеально работает. После всех манипуляций проехал только 350 км, полностью оценить всё на 100% не успел, но за это расстояние никаких вопросов к качеству работы не возникло. По итогу обращения в Sweet Bike я доволен как слон, только положительные впечатления.

Не хочу вступать в полемику, но жалоба на скрип тормозов была. При приеме велосипеда я оговорил данный факт и, разумеется, я ожидал при ремонте исправление данного недостатка. Теперь мой велосипед не просто скрипит, он издаёт звук похожий на вой или на скрежет железа, что делает невозможным его полноценную эксплуатацию. Также хочу отметить, что, в своём комментарии я писал, что заднее колесо после ремонта не тормозило совсем, оно перестало тормозить, когда я выехал к Обводному каналу. Моя удовлетворенность исчезла именно в этот момент. Я люблю Вашу мастерскую и чиню там велосипед не первый раз, в предыдущие разы ремонт был отличный. Но деньги, которые я трачу, я тоже очень люблю :) Я привезу Вам велосипед как только буду в городе
