Купили в связном смартфон принесли домой, а он не включается. В магазине вернуть деньги или заменить аппарат отказались. Пришлось ждать, когда его проверят в сервисном центре 20 рабочих дней. Мы прождали положенный срок, пришли в связной, а деньги нам не возвращают. Мотивируют это тем, что нет наличных, хотя при нас получили наличные от покупателей. Сказали, чтобы мы пришли на следующий день. Вот думаем, сколько мы будем ходить за свими деньгами. Обслуживание в связном безобразное, продавцы не г оворят своего имени, ведут себя нагло. Если хотите сохранить нервы и деньги обходите связной в черемушках стороной. – показать

«Подарок» от Связного в Черемушках мне обошелся не только в 710 рублей. Сегодня пришла бумажка, по которой я должна оплатить 530 рублей, что я и вынуждена была сделать, т.к. за «подарок» я должна платить по какому-то тарифу 495 руб. в месяц. Две карты («подарок») не аннулировали, как сказали в магазине, а поставили на платный тариф. Вывод один — никогда не пользоваться услугами Связного и внимательней относиться к «подаркам».
