Обратился в данный магазин 6.04.2020, купил мобильный роутер Yotа, с небольшими царапинами, но он был последним, а роутер на даче нужен был срочно (дети учились дистанционно). Как подключил дома, начал сильно нагреваться. На следующий день поехал и сдал обратно, на что продавец отказала в возврате товара, не возвращала деньги, сказала, что нужно забрать в ремонт и озвучила, что займёт процедура 20 дней, ( хотя при звонке в техподдержку фирмы Yota, сказали, что можно вернуть роутер в течении недели, т.к. тестовый период). Прошло уже 40 дней, деньги не вернули, сами не звонят, тишина... Впустую потраченные нервы, время и деньги!!! Не обращайтесь в данный салон, подсунут Вам б/у и не исправный товар, будьте внимательны!

Сам салон неплохой. Есть что посмотреть и выбрать, все покажут расскажут. Гарантийный ремонт моего видеорегистратора 2 раза ещё и за деньги 1 раз совершенно не понравились

Приобретался телефон, вместе с телефоном дали несколько симкарт, которыми я не планировала пользоваться. Спустя 3 месяца пришел счет, в котором говорится что я должна денег компании мегафон. Стала смотреть документы — симкарты мегафон нет! Получается продавец при продаже не отдал симку, пользовался ей и выбросил!!!
