Сдавали телефон по оф гарантии в ремонт. История оч долгая и неприятная и в корне изменила отношение к подобным магазинам. После принятия у меня телефона было обговорено что мне нужен подменный телефон на время ремонта. В течении 3х дней никто не связался. Позвонил сам для выяснения и тут началось кормление "завтраками". В сердцах обещали что со мной точно свяжутся завтра, завтра и снова завтра. За всё время ремонта (3 недели) связались всего 1 раз уже когда телефон из ремонта отгружали. Никто не хотел брать ответственность на себя. И как выяснилось - 8 операторов (записи разговоров есть), кто принимал мою жалобу и просьбы держать связь, НЕ ПЕРЕДАЛИ заявление в компанию о надобности в подменном аппарате. Об этом сообщил сотрудник магазина когда мы попросили связать именно с магазином в ТЦ МИЛЯ. Сегодня приехали забрать телефон из магазина и КУЛЬМИНАЦИЯ - в ремонте отказано так как из-за трещины на сенсоре СЦ отказался вести гарантийный ремонт. Под всей пеленой сервиса кроется безразличие и делетантизм руководства и менеджеров низшего звена.
