Абсолютное несоответсвие цены ,за оказанные услуги, и качества. Врач с порога кричал , что нам вообще не к ней, хотя пришли мы по направлению( думали, что травма лапки, а у собаки дерматологическая проблема, травмотолог нас направил к дерматологу) визит был целевой. Разводила руками , удивлялась, охала, ахала... Прописывая лекартва комментировала, что возможно его уже и с производства сняли ,но «вы поищите», никаких аналогов не предложила. Окончательно отбил желание посещать еще сие заведение комментарий перед уходом: « Ну, вы, придите через неделю, самой интересно, что выйдет из лечения»! Животное страдает , не наступает на лапку, перестало есть , а она догадки строит. Также я озвучивала просьбу порекомендовать нам витамины , однако никакого ответа так и не получила.

Добрый день! С одного приема сложно решить хроническую проблему. Надо разбираться из-за чего все началось.Мы понимаем Ваше негодование, но тяжелые случаи не лечатся за один прием. Вы к нам пришли по направлению от своего травматолога?
