Ужасный салон! Достоинства: Их нет! Недостатки: Не умеют шить на заказ, не учитывают желаний заказчика, занимаются вымогательством, портят людям праздник. Этот салон, во главе с [персональные данные вырезаны модератором], наглые лжецы и [цензура]! Не связывайтесь! Чудовищный салон, хуже просто некуда… Заказав там индивидуальный пошив свадебного платья, я не увидела ни заказанного платья, ни своих денег! Когда пришло время забирать – они представили мне платье совсем другой модели, из другого кружева, с другим вырезом горловины, с каким-то кривым "цветком", который оказался у меня на шее(((, заказывала такое же платье как на фото, только с рукавом 3/4-в итоге получила рукав до локтя; пояс- вместо отдельной ленты со стразами - бант, вшитый в корсет (и это при том, что все детали были прописаны в договоре и мерки сняты заранее). Сначала я подумала, что они заказ перепутали. Но нет! Они потребовали доплатить «немалую» сумму за устранение недостатков! Чтоб вы понимали насколько все плохо - недостатков было столько, что их невозможно было устранить - проще сшить новое платье! (см. фото) Естественно, я отказалась от этого платья, предъявила претензию в магазин о возврате своих денег. Отказали. Пытались «впарить мне эту непотребщину», сначала уговорами, потом угрозами и моральным давлением! Вымогатели натуральные, прям 90-е вспомнила! На сайте своем пишут, что шьют платья в Петербурге, а на самом деле заказывают неизвестно откуда (видимо с Китая), а тут их переделывает швея, которая даже не устроена официально в салоне (естественно за доп. деньги, но в договоре об этом- ни слова). Как итог: судебная тяжба, измотанные нервы, испорченная свадьба. Обходите стороной этот салон. Никому не советую.
