Сделали заказ в приложении в 11.15. Самовывоз, Подольск, ул. 65летия Победы, 12, время забора до 12.00. Приезжаем в 11.40 с вопросом, где заказ. Нам говорят, что поваров нет и придётся подождать ещё 40 минут. Мы слегка удивлены, и задаём вопрос, можно ли отменить. Нам говорят, что можно в приложении. Мы сказали "хорошо", и ушли ждать. Приходим через час за своим заказом, а нам говорят, что заказ отменён. А мы не отменяли. И тут начались чудеса. На просьбу выдать жалобную книгу девушка за стойкой начала говорить, что она не администратор и вообще к заказам никакого отношения не имеет. На вопросы, кто отменил наш заказ, почему-то начал отвечать мужчина, делающий суши, мол, вы же отказались. А мы не отказались, мы спросили, можно ли отменить и ушли. При всём этом, люди очень плохо понимают по-русски, и внятно ответить на наши вопросы не могут, талдыча, как заведенные, что типа мы сами отказались. В итоге ни еды, ни книги жалоб, ни объяснения происходящему мы не получили. А непонятная девушка с длиннющими ногтями, утверждавшая, что она повар, нам ещё и нахамила. В это заведение ходили 5 лет, и всё было нормально, вкусно и приятно по деньгам. Больше не будем и другим не советуем. Очевидно, что проблема глубже, чем просто отсутствие кадров.
