Просто треш, заказали роллы, ждали полтора часа, в итоге за 10 минут до доставки курьер яндекса отменил заказ, на кухне подтверждают передачу, хотя мне кажется что они это сделали специально, целый день были на работе, ничего не ели и вот так просто люди отменяют заказ и дают тебе какие то мизерные бонусы. Как итог, не покупайте у них роллы доставкой, кухня вкусная но сотрудники хитрые и не хотят работать. И что самое противное, деньги вернули не сразу, пришлось звонить и добиваться возврата денежных средств. Админы, не нравится работать, не работайте, не портит настроение ни себе ни другим людям.

Лично не пробовал блюда сия заведения,но искренне хотел,у близкого был др,сделал доставку и тут началось. 1. Звонили для подтверждения в районе полу-часа 2. Дезинформировали по поводу времени ожидания(озвучили 60-90 минут максимум) 3. После того,как время вышло никто не позвонил и не сказал,что курьер задерживается итп. 4. Пришлось звонить самому,где сотрудник мне озвучили уже другое время ожидания и соврали(!!!),что со мной это время согласовано(120-150 мин). Естественно я отказался от доставки этой забегаловки и в будущем,даже если совсем прижмёт не закажу в этой конторе и всем отсальным советую! p.s. Когда пытался разобраться в ситуации непосредственно с этим местом(ТЦ Солнечный рай),никто не взял трубку либо сбрасывали:) 1/5 и это ещё много,был бы 0,поставил с радостью!

Периодически забывают класть соевый соус и васаби. Когда заказал доставку, доставляли 1:40 в соседний ЖК МЛ. Больше доставку брать не буду.
