Такой погани я еще не встречала. Заказала роллы в 19:19, привезли и оплатила в 21:20, хотя в уведомлении было написано «доставим ориентировочно в 20:19». Никто не связывался со мной о том, что курьер задерживается (к курьеру никаких претензий, это проблемы вашего заведения). Роллы сухие, с кислым привкусом, выглядят тоже отвратительно. Почему я должна платить полную стоимость, и не получать свой заказ в назначенное время и в «полном объеме»(время доставки, отвратительные роллы, отвратительное отношение ко мне, как к клиенту)? Почему я должна звонить в поддержку и уточнять о времени прибытия курьера? Прошу принять меры!

Я часто видел их рекламу, поэтому ради интереса решил зайти посмотреть что и как. Решил взять бизнес ланч"Аппетитный L" за 469 рублей, чтобы по-быстрому перекусить перед электричкой. Время ожидания составило около 18 минут, что в целом норм. Сам бизнес ланч на мой взгляд вкусный, роллы и салат мне понравились, а вот суп честно сказать вкус не особо понял, ну это японское блюдо, а я не особо в этом разбираюсь, поэтому из-за этого наверное и не понял, на любителя вообщем. Цены вроде более менее норм, единственное мне показалось больно слишком дорогим лапша wok в коробочке, 259 рублей и + 139, чтобы добавить курицу, мясо или креветки например, и того выходит 398 рублей за обычную лапшу с курицей, мне кажется это дорого Само заведение нельзя назвать большим, но в целом вполне нормально, удобные столики и кресла, есть розетка, чтобы зарядить телефон и раскраски для детей
