Чебуреки очень вкусные !!! Причём купили все начинки . Хрустящее вкусное тесто , как в детстве на Колхозной . В помещении чисто. Ребята молодцы , делают свою работу с огоньком.

быстрая доставка, заказывала том ям, привезли за 20 минут. сам суп привезли в целости и сохранности, горячий и вкусный. до этого заказывала роллы, тоже очень все вкусно

девушка, принимающая заказ, стояла на территории ОТКРЫТОЙ кухни в свободной одежде (джинсы/худи), без шапочки, волосы могут попасть в еду при выдаче заказа. повара одеты по форме, к ним вопросов нет, в плане одежды. также эта девушка принимала заказ очень медленно и без особой клиентоориентированности. начала принимать заказ, развернулась и молча ушла в другую комнату. а перед этим несколько минут стояла в телефоне и не обращала на меня никакого внимания, хотя со мной поздоровался весь персонал, кроме нее. после этого она ушла в какую-то комнату два раза, просто молча, без каких-либо слов или пояснений. я понимаю, могут быть дела, но желательно было предупредить, что ей нужно отлучиться на пару минут, а не уходить посреди нашего с ней разговора. заказала спешл, в рисе был волос, короткий, темный. подошла к кассе, задала вопрос. получила в ответ слова: «а может это ваш". мои волосы темнее и длиннее. даже если бы это был мой волос, он был бы на поверхности, а не прям внутри, торчащий из риса. попросила вернуть деньги, не хотелось есть переделанное блюдо и получить ещё один волос. большая часть вопроса к поведению и внешнему виду администратора.
