Заказывала там постоянно,в последний раз заказала на день рождения ребёнка,просто обалдела от полученного заказа. Засушили дико пиццу,сыр не тянулся,был намертво присохшим к тесту,пицца была залита кетчупом,листьев айсберга и в помине не было. Сливочный соус был заменён на майонез. В другой пицце было тоже самое,свежая была только пеперонни. Вместо 2 пицц на толстом тесте получили пересохший тонкие коржи. Есть это было невозможно,прилагаю фото. Обратилась с жалобой,в течении часа позвонила якобы владелец,в результате длительной беседы и обмена фото она вынесла решение-привезти мне одну из пицц при следующем заказе) очень смешно на самом деле,хотя ни раз в разговоре напомнила мне,что я постоянный их клиент. Дико обидно,испорчен день рождения,дети отказались это есть,зубы можно было повредить.Я просила,чтобы их курьер приехал и забрал это,ответили,что нет такой услуги. Моя совесть чиста,предупредила руководителя,что оставлю отзыв. Предыдущий заказ на Филадельфию тоже удивил-слипшийся рис с пресно-сладким вкусом,вялый огурец и солёная сёмга сверху. Мой совет,если вам привезли подобную гадость,несите ее сразу обратно или проверяйте при курьере. Жалобы в вышестоящие органы также будет. Не нужно тратить нас и наших детей!
