Когда заказывала первый раз, позвонила менеджер девушка, хотела заказать пропуск, общалась довольно таки грубо! На мою фразу назовите гос номер начала хамить и говорить чтобы я не нервничала, какая то неадекватная!!!! Заказав второй раз опоздали почти на час, ладно дали роллы в подарок. Сделав следующий заказ с данными роликами, они вообще решили их не привозить хотя в чеке указано! Если вы сами такие голодные приятного вам аппетита!!!! В службу поддержки оставлено 4 обращения, ни на одно так и не ответили! Ужасный сервис, больше не будем заказывать и тем более не буду советовать ни кому! Клиентоориентированость на высшем уровне, желаю вам поменьше клиентов или вообще закрыться

Заказала пиццу на пышном тесте, привезли на тонком. Сразу написала в чат обратной связи в приложении+в whatsApp, обещали связаться и пропали. Прошло уже 10 дней. Я была уверена, что заберут эту пиццу и привезут новую , учитывая, что они находятся в моем доме , прождала напрасно, в итоге пицца остыла, затвердела и не поела я ни на пышном тесте , ни на тонком)). Просто никакой сервис. Писала ещё 3-4 раза в чат , полный игнор. Не советую тут заказывать, если вам вообще заказ не привезут, никто за это отвечать не будет.
