Выбирали где заказать еду. Остановились на ресторане СушиWok. Сделали заказ и полтора часа статус в ожидании не менялся. Все это время пытались дозвониться в поддержку. Очень долго прождали, и нам наконец-то ответили. Было сказано, что это какой-то технический сбой у них и «так бывает» и придется ждать еще час или отменить заказ. Очень неприятная ситуация, ведь нет никакой клиентоориентированности, не было предложено не скидки ничего, хотя это вина на их стороне. Это говорит о том, что данную сеть не сильно интересуют ее клиенты. Также сказали, что свяжут с менеджером из контроля качества, но никакого звонка не последовало. Разочаровала данная сеть. Если постоянные задержки времени готовности и никаких бонусов за это, можно было терпеть, то это уже слишком!

Живу в соседнем доме, частенько беру себе бизнес-ланчи на обед (а если совсем обленюсь - заказываю прямо на дом). Достаточно, не слишком дорого, быстро готовят и собирают, иногда в подарок что-то дают при большом заказе. Рекомендую к посещению.
