Привезли роллы без крем-шапочки. А роллы с креветкой одно название. Просто один рис и мизерный кусок креветки. Трубку никто не берет, в соц сетях никто не отвечает. Требую вернуть деньги за такое качество товара и за испорченый праздник!!!

Отвратительное отношение к клиенту. Ознакомились с меню и я попросила принять заказ. Девушка попросила подождать. Ок. Все время ожидания я ждала, пока она разберется и соберет заказы на вынос. Прошло более пяти минут, она развернулась и ушла. Я не стала ждать, пока её величество соблаговолит принять заказ. Если в Раменском Вы ориентируетесь только на доставку, то не стоит открывать зону для приходящих посетителей. Больше никогда к Вам не приду. Просто отвратительно!
