Отвратительная доставка! Сделали заказ 2 вока M и 1 вок L, роллы с лососем и за 99р предложили крабик хот. На сайте висела информация, что доставка будет к 16:12 (т.е. час). По прошествии часа статус заказа перешёл в "доставлен", хотя по факту никто его не привез. Я стала звонить, сказали, что, "якобы", курьер случайно закрыл заказ и он будет через 20!! минут. Через 20 мин я перезвонила, на что администратор сказала "у курьера еще 1 минута, вы что не можете подождать?" и бросила трубку. В итоге еще минут через 5 приехал курьер, сказал, что он не причем, что висит приложение, и он ничего не знает. Доставка фактически опоздала на 40 минут. Запечённые роллы оказались уже холодные, вок L был похож на М, был в такой же коробке по размеру и впечатление испорчено. Раньше всегда заказывали из-за вкусного морского вока, теперь не будем. Ах да, доставку в 199р отказались сделать бесплатной, прислали "подарок" в виде роллов в личный кабинет, но кому он уже нужен.

Очень уютно. Рядом с метро. Очень доброжелательные продавцы. Практически всегда. Хотя они часто меняются. А я хожу сюда много лет. Всегда вкусно. Всегда очень хороший рис. Нравятся акции каждый день. И подарки при заказе. Последнее время очень классная упаковка. Интересная коробка которая раскладывается в большую тарелку. Никаких пластиковых контейнеров больше нет. Это так радует. Мне два набора положили в отдельные коробочки. Круто вообще. Открыла покушала. Приятно. Никуда перекладывать не надо. Все вкусно и красиво. И даже пакет дали большой с ручками. Раньше были майки. Улучшение сервиса на 100%
