СПАСИБО, за испорченный вечер!!! Заказывали пару раз и в очередной вечер решили сделать у Вас заказ, в надежде, что все будет хорошо!!! В итоге привезли сеты БЕЗ главной начинки, у меня просто нет слов, одни эмоции, выбираешь одно, в итоге на тебя мягко говоря забивают и привозят, то что они посчитают нужным, а не что прописано в меню! Написала в службу поддержки, связался со мной оператор и не один, все говорили по одной схеме, что это не в их полномочиях решить вопрос по поводу неправильности заказа и что они составили обращение по моей претензии! Мне остается якобы ждать звонка из отдела контроля качества, в итоге мне ещё никто не перезвонил по данной ситуации и вряд ли позвонят… Никогда не покупайте там ничего, полностью разочаровалась в “СУШИ WOK” !!!

Зашла в «Суши Вок» и столкнулась с крайне неприятным обслуживанием. Сотрудники вели себя невоспитанно и недружелюбно, не проявили ни уважения, ни желания помочь. Очень разочарована уровнем сервиса. Прошу руководство принять меры. Сказали ждать 40 минут,

Заказывали сет с креветками "Теплая встреча" в этом филиале 17.05. Приготовили быстро, кассир хороший. По итогу оказалось, что ни в одном ролле не было креветок. Позвонили на горячую линию, там сказали, что вообще не было заказов на самовывоз, сказали ждать, когда позвонят. Теплая встреча не удалась👍
