По всему залу валялись тараканы, зашла в туалет и там тоже тараканы. Отменили с мужем заказ и ушли. Это просто кошмар.

Заказывали сет с креветками "Теплая встреча" в этом филиале 17.05. Приготовили быстро, кассир хороший. По итогу оказалось, что ни в одном ролле не было креветок. Позвонили на горячую линию, там сказали, что вообще не было заказов на самовывоз, сказали ждать, когда позвонят. Теплая встреча не удалась👍

Заказала в 21:00, 3 позиции, выкатили ожидание на 1,5 часа, хотя находятся в 4 домах от меня. Курьер сверх ожидания опоздал ещё на 35 минут. Дозвониться в службу поддержки нереально, постоянно либо скидывается на первых секундах, либо я трижды слушала плей-лист на 5 минут и тоже скидывалось. Не тратьте время на это заведение. Апдейт: курьер опоздал на 50 минут. Просил прощения и забрать заказ. На часах 23:32. Пишу в поддержку с фото, предлагают составить обращение, я соглашаюсь и только потом узнаю что менеджер качества работает с 8 утра, и «продукцию» надо сохранить. А я завтра в 7 утра в командировку уезжаю в Тулу на неделю. Объясняю это оператору, но ответ один «ПРОДУКЦИЮ НАДО СОХРАНИТЬ!»
