Как мы червей поели за 2 тысячи Вообщем содержимое роллов вы видите на фото… После обращения в компанию со мной связались по телефону и сообщили, что наличие паразитов в икре якобы является нормой и «такое часто бывает», сославшись на позицию Роспотребнадзора. Письменно данное утверждение подтверждено не было. В качестве «решения» ситуации мне предложили вернуть стоимость заказа и предоставить такой же сет повторно, несмотря на то, что после произошедшего у меня отсутствует возможность и желание заказывать аналогичную продукцию, а сам инцидент вызвал сильный дискомфорт. (То есть, да, ты поел червей, мы просто вернем деньги за личинок … и дадим еще такой же) Таким образом, компания фактически не признала ответственность за произошедшее и не предложила адекватного урегулирования ситуации, ограничившись формальным возвратом средств и предложением повторного заказа. Роллы употреблялись вдвоём. После приёма пищи девушке, с которой я ел данный заказ, стало плохо! появились симптомы пищевого недомогания, что дополнительно усилило серьезность произошедшего. После направления официальной письменной претензии компания более недели не выходит на связь. Делайте выводы сами о качестве продукции и отношении к клиентам.
