Заказывал у них продукцию постоянно и был лояльным клиентом, брал регулярно на ужин одни те же позиции. В один момент они расслабились и сделали абсолютно непригодное к употреблению блюдо, напичканное луком с испорченной рыбой от которой сильно воняло . Просто деньги на ветер. Я много дней пытался получить ответ от службы поддержки - всем всё равно. Больше я не буду связываться с данной компанией за такое отношение к клиентам

Сегодня сделали с мужем заказ в 21.00 наш заказ приняли и по итогу мы прождали три часа свой заказ. Мужу на телефон приходили сообщения, что заказа будет в течении 20 минут. Не сколько раз связывались с оператором. Оператор говорила что заказ в пути. 30 минут назад был снова звонок оператору и девушка сказала, что курьер подъезжает с нашим заказом к дому. И как итог пару минут назад пришла СМС что наш заказ отменён. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Если курьеры не справляются берите на работу больше сотрудников. Прождав три часа заказ и получая смс что заказ в пути и по итогу его не получив очень круто.... Разочарование в данной компании!!!!
