Не хотелось писать конечно плохой отзыв, ну если честно накопилось уже. Если сравнить обслуживание в сети ВОК, то за этим адресом: Московский проспект, 256, обслуживание не улучшилось. Были вчера в Суши ВОК в 18:46 02.03.18. Заказали собранную лапшу ВОК классический, и в один заказали добавить свинину, в два добавить стручковую фасоль, администратор пошла на кухню спросила есть ли фасоль, оказалось ее нет, мы выбрали дальше кукурузу добавить, на что нам ответили, у нас ее тоже нет! Я спросила, в связи с чем у вас нет этих добавок, вроде как бы Пт, перед выходным. Это же не будние такие дни, когда мало заказов. Ну сказали, что закончилось. Ну Окей, спросили, что тогда есть, на , что мне ответили тихо, может ананасы есть....и все...дальше тишина, ждали пока я буду, что-то говорить и заказывать. Мы уже ничего не хотели добавлять. Заказали и все. На, что нам тихо сказали, что у нас нет так много добавок, потому что мы собираемся убрать функцию сбора Коробок, будут только предложеніе готовіе. Так извините, пока товар есть в меню, он должен быть в наличии, или вічеркнутіе из меню. Сказали, что заказ будет готов через 20 мнут, но заказ отдали через 30 минут. Мы вообще нормально относимся к людям, но когда вывели уже, и не было настроение, то и за временем мы уже стали следить. Еще, сколько раз были в этом Суши ВОКе за этим адресом, не много напрягает лица сушистов, которые такие деловые, и вечно с недовольным лицом, никогда в жизни не улыбнуться! По-этому. остались с осадком на душе и с плохим настроем! Сама коробочка получилось вкусной, но притенении к обслуживанию и самому персоналу.
