Вселенское разочарование. С 2022 года регулярно заказываю в «Суши Wok» в разных городах: Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Краснодаре и Пятигорске. Всегда любил эту сеть за хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Но сегодняшний заказ в Пятигорске - просто провал. «Филадельфия» за 600 рублей приехала в крошечном контейнере, размер роллов - практически как у бюджетных маки. Рис недоваренный, разваливается, начинки минимум. Единственное, к чему нет претензий, - рыба. В воке вместо пекинской капусты оказалась обычная белокочанная, причём практически сырая. Буквально неделю назад заказывал в этой же сети в Санкт-Петербурге: крупные, вкусные роллы, качественные ингредиенты, красивая брендированная упаковка. Небо и земля! И ведь раньше в Пятигорске тоже всё было хорошо. При этом доставка 250 рублей, палочки и соусы оплачиваются отдельно. В итоге стоимость заказа уже совсем не маленькая, а качество вызывает вопросы. Я понимаю, что цены растут и бизнесу приходится экономить. Но когда любимая доставка, которой пользуешься четыре года, начинает настолько экономить на качестве, это очень расстраивает. Особенно когда голодный ждёшь любимые роллы, а получаешь такое.

пишем на сайте гордое "филадельфия с двойным лососем прайм!!! 278 грамм". приезжает непонятное что-то со списанной из пятерочки микропорцией рыбы и весом 193 грамма. и так со всеми роллами в заказе. все разваливается, кривое, косое, недовешенное. доставка платная, но, оказывается, до подъезда. позорище p.s. заказ 4165
