Заказала 04.12. доставку сет суши и 3 пиццы в 12 часов дня на 17-15. В 17-15 тишина, звоню в заведение , сказали что доставщик сейчас подъедет и наберет, 17-25 звоню опять , трубку никто не поднимает, только на 10 раз взяли и сказали , что курьер подъезжает. Я отказалась от доставки, т.к. надо было уезжать, поэтому и был расчет на определенное время. В 17-30 звонит курьер и говорит что он выехал 🤦‍♀️, я ему объяснила ситуацию и отменила заказ. Странно , что сотрудница данного заведения даже не потрудилась перезвонить курьеру и вернуть его обратно. В общем не заказывала в этом заведении никогда (это был первый раз , решила попробовать) и больше не буду. Уважаемое руководство данной конторы, примите меры по организации работы своих сотрудников, девушка, которая со мной общалась , даже не извинилась за эту ситуацию , а наоборот общалась в таком тоне, как будто я ей миллион должна. Отвратительное обслуживание!!!

Оказались в Симферополе, искала доставку где был бы том ям и роллы, одним из немногих оказался суши вок. Я знаю стандарты суши вока изнутри, работала там поваром, редко пишу плохие отзывы о доставках. Поэтому точно знаю какой на вкус том ям приготовленный по стандарту суши вока, в рецептуре 45 гр креветок, это 3 крупные креветки. По факту было 1,5 креветки разрезаны по полам, вкус очень разбавленный. Роллы приехали холодные, в целом они неплохие. На фото 2 половинки, 1 съела
