заказал сегодня сет роллов и мидий, не знаю, что они туда добавляют, но все роллы пахнут непонятной рыбой с примесью тины, на вкус отвратительно, за 1000р ни малейшего кусочка рыбы, один лишь сыр. Сейчас чувствую себя не очень, высока вероятность, что некоторые ингридиенты были тухлыми, никогда в жизни тут не буду заказывать

Суши неплохие, много соуса, соус неплохой. Только из-за этого 2 звезды. Девушка кассир хамка! Не может решить элементарную задачу со сдачей с 500 рублей, звонила спрашивала как ей поступить у управляющего, грозилась не принять у меня заказ и отправляла разменивать 500 рублей! Когда я попросила её вежливо решить вопрос со сдачей самой, на что она мне ответила, что нигде не разменивают, поэтому сама она не идёт, а я должна иначе заказа мне не видать! Но управляющий решил эту проблему, за что ей благодарна и отправил её саму искать сдачу. А я получила порцию ролл. Очереди не было, хотя был обед, видимо из-за хамского отношения к клиентам!

Постоянно заказывали набор Жара, всегда было все вкусно. Сегодня оформила заказ через сайт на 19 ч. Курьер привёз в 17 ч. Хорошо, что уде были дома. Во всех роллах одинаковая начинка крабовые палочки и курица, и сверху один и тот же соус. Совсем не то, что было раньше. Есть это все невозможно. Позвонила выяснить ситуацию, девушка просто положила трубку. Клиентоориентированность просто шок!
