Сначала хотела заказать заказ на сайте, но из-за плохого интернета дома это не удалось. Решилась позвонить, милая девушка оператор сразу ответила на звонок, быстро оформила заказ , дала на выбор два времени:одно через 20-30 минут, другое через час. Взяла, что было ближайшие. Очень удивилась, что когда пришла, всё было готово минута в минуту, пункт самовывоза чистый, уютный и опрятный. А суши вкусные! За что огромное спасибо поварам-сушистам. Они большие молодцы) Так что, как заведение всем рекомендую и буду рекомендовать!

Это ужас! вкус и качество максимально испортились за буквально пару месяцев позавчера сделала заказ( запеченные роллы и филадельфия ) все без исключения развалились,вкус был совершенно непонятный , не такой как раньше и не вкусно вообще (хотя у вас роллы не по 150-200 рублей) рыба на филадельфии развалилась и отслоилась Работа поддержки еще ужаснее, чем качество блюд!!! почему когда ВАШ клиент обращается в поддержку вы его кормите завтраками и перекладываете ответственность друг на друга?? Мне за 3 дня так никто и не ответил и не позвонил/написал, чтобы урегулировать вопрос!!!! Сделайте или чат поддержки, чтоб можно было связаться сразу, а не названивать не пойми куда , чтобы тебя сначала какой-то бот не мог перевести на оператора, а оператор еще на кого-то и так по кругу , если ваше царское величество не может отвечать 1 балл!!!!
