С настолько непрофессиональным отношением я еще не сталкивался. Заказ был сделан в будний день онлайн в приложении, статус заказа не изменился и через 3 часа, хотя доставка стояла через час. Два звонка на горячую линию не дали никакого результата, один оператор сказал, что привезут через 25 минут, но как и ожидалось это пустые обещания. Крайне не рекомендую это место и компанию в целом.

Сегодня заказали наборы роллов почти на 4000 руб. И были в шоке. Просто поели рис с майонезом и тертыми крабовыми палочками. Рыбу мы вообще не увидели,если она и была в одном ролле,то увидеть ее можно было только под микроскопом.Всегда заказывали доставку в другом месте,а тут решили попробовать суши wok.в итоге остались очень разочарованы,никто есть не стал,деньги на ветер, 100% не рекомендуем!

Решила заказать с данного ресторана удон, на что мужчина по телефону мне сказал, что данный фелиал временно не работает и заказ привезут с другого ресторана и ожидание будет около часа, в результате удон мы ожидали более 2,5 часов! Отвратительное заведение, не рекомендую! Лучше заказать в другом месте если не хотите остаться голодными.
