Ужасное место, клиенто-ориентированность просто на 0. Подали ролл в котором нори абсолютно не прожевывается. Причем в другом ролле было все в порядке, проблема была только с одним роллом. В связи с чем я подошел спокойно к девушке администратору с данным вопросом. Все что она смогла - это пыталась доказать что нори у них в порядке. Внимание - даже не попробовав продукцию! Я смирился с этим, вернулся за стол есть еще заказанный вок. Через пару минут администратор решил что диалог не закончен и вернулся снова к диалогу пытаясь доказать что я не прав. Тем самым уже испортив аппетит. Повторяю - не взяв даже на проверку у меня продукцию! Руководство, обратите внимание на персонал.

Я просто хочу сказать, что 1 звезда за то, что при доставке через сайт или приложение, у вас опция ТОЛЬКО оплата наличкой курьеру. Серьезно??? А где оплата онлайн??? А где оплата через терминал??? Вы в каком веке застряли! Еда-то вкусная, заказывю через Купер только. А напрямую через ваш сайт не устраивает оплата налом. Это просто безумие не иметь возможности онлайн оплаты в 2025, вы что, ребят?
