В приложении указано время работы до 23:00, заказ оставили в 21.40, ни ответа ни привета, один и тот же статус заказа. В 22:40 первая попытка дозвониться до оператора, он даже не в курсе что происходит, говорит последний курьер в 22.45, по времени успевают, вторая женщина говорит я вам перезвоню и все)))) конечно же перезвона никакого не было, третья оператор сказала, что по *техническим* причинам, мы не сможем доставить ваш заказ) да спасибо, как дураки мы прождали полтора часа свой заказ, который СКОРЕЕ ВСЕГО даже не начали готовить:) Никакой компетенции нигде, ни в одном подразделении данной компании, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. и я знаю, что такое сфера обслуживания, и в нормальных заведениях себе такого не позволяют

Заказывали тут роллы в честь дня Рождения через приложение «К порогу». К сожалению, из-за смены концепта(вроде так сказала оператор), акций, которые были в приложении, не было. Но нам все равно все понравилось, роллы были вкусные, сочные, доставка приехала довольно быстро, так же в подарок положили морс с записочкой, где они поздравили именниника! Было очень приятно, хоть и без скидки. Спасибо вам за вкусные роллы и приятные пожелания!
