Не довезли филадельфию, из-за которой в принципе заказывала роллы. Не возвращают деньги - перебрасывают с оператора на оператора. В итоге ни роллов, ни денег

28 июля заказал у них роллы Филадельфия, приехал, оплатил, забрал. Приезжаю домой, открываю, а там рыбы меньше, чем на Филадельфия Лайт. Пришлось опять одеваться, садиться в машину и ехать разбираться. На вопрос почему так мало рыбы ответили, что всё по весу. Переделали, но даже не извинились. Позор!!! Для меня этой компании больше не существует.

Недавно зашла не за доставкой,а чисто перекусить,думала что быстро обслужат.В итоге прождала около 30 минут,никто не предупредил о времени ожидания,так бы не стала заказывать.Решила написать отзыв и сфотографировать меню и зал....выбегает типа администратор ,молодая неруссквя девка,и стала отбирать силой у меня мой телефон,я не отдаю,она орет"убери все фото сейчас же",я не отдаю тел,она меня бросает на пол ,садится на меня и выворачивает мне руку где находится телефон.Меня просто там избили!°Люди,это какой-то беспредел "ценных специалистов" в сердце нашего города!!Я в шоке от такого!!!Пошла писать заявление в полицию,слов нет,одни маты,честно.слово.Не рекомендую от слова совсем....

Как-то брали вок, но в другом филиале, на удивление, было достаточно не плохо, но не в этот раз :( Решила взять вок с креветками, попались 4 кусочка порезанной креветки, безвкусной и варёной, ребят, это просто провал. Сама лапша не плохая, но очень мало соуса. За креветки больше 1 не могу поставить, это просто позор.
