Добрый день. Сегодня 11.06.2025 обратились в данное заведение. Девушка, которая принимала заказ, очень вежливая, помогла определиться с заказом. Но повар по-хамски общался. Сначала, когда мы только вошли в заведение, с самого входа с наездом было сказано, что ожидание 20-25 минут (в среднем, как и везде), мы готовы были подождать, но потом, когда мы пришли ровно через 25 минут, и спросили, сколько времени займет ожидание, повар ответил «я же сказал 20-25 минут, после вас еще заказы» Не очень понятно, почему заказы, принятые после нас, в приоритете, не очень понятно, чем мы заслужили такое хамское отношение со стороны повара, не очень понятно, почему мы должны ждать в два раза дольше обещанного времени. Большая просьба научить данного сотрудника вежливо общаться с клиентами!!!

Роллы не плохие, персонал приветливый, но в помещении неприятный запах нечистого тела, не всегда, но бывает.

Часто захожу сюда. Готовят быстро. Чаще всего беру вок и бизнес ланч, иногда запеченые суши. В целом, всё нравится. Были моменты, которые доставляли неудобство, но их походу убрали и теперь всё нормально. Единственное, что хотелось бы убрать - это плавающее качество блюд. Иногда очень вкусно, а иногда тяп ляп. Крайний раз был здесь 06.03.2024 - всё понравилось, брал вок и мини суши

Я регулярно заказываю в Воке. Но в последнее время испортились роллы. Заказала вчера "летний сет". Рис рассыпчатый, как для плова, не разрезанный. Палочками есть не возможно, а вилкой и подавно.
