Даже единицу ставить данному заведению жалко. Сегодня 16.06 в 19:00 привезли заказ, ровно через 15 минут я поняла что продукция, а именно ПОЛОВИНА сета испорчена напрочь, стала связываться со службой поддержки, на что мне сказали что со мной свяжутся, не вопрос, подожду, но ни через час, ни через два никто так и не перезвонил, хорошо, позвоню сама, на что мне снова говорят одно и тоже «ваша жалоба на рассмотрении, ждите ответа»! При этом, диспетчер говорит что я должна оставить продукцию для оценки ее качества! Вы, вообще, в своем уме, расскажите пожалуйста!? Я до какого времени должна держать вашу кислятину!? Прошло более 5 часов с первого звонка. Ответа, как мы поняли, можно не ждать Что могу еще добавить, денег не жалко абсолютно, мне не нужен был возврат их, я хотела чтобы решили вопрос именно с ПРОДУКЦИЕЙ! Вы, извините, работаете с рыбой, что в свою очередь несет огромную ответственность, ибо отравление весьма серьезное может быть Чтобы облегчить вам вашу потрясающую работу с отзывами, сразу оставлю номер заказа, но, связываться со мной не нужно Свою жалобу перенаправляю в соответсвующие органы, дабы уже они, проверяли качество ваших товаров, от которых могут пострадать другие покупатели Чао ✌🏻 821-422-781-772

Сделали заказ замеченные ролл Сёгун, фунчоза в сливочном соусе и суп кимчи. Приготовили все очень быстро, продукты все качественные. Было все вкусно, персонал приветливый. Спасибо большое. Уже года 4 не была в данном ресторане. И оказалось все изменилось в лучшую сторону в качестве продуктов и вкуса ✨
