НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ , если не хотите испортить себе вечер. Зашли лично в филиал 06.12.2025 на пр.Художников 24 и сделали заказ на доставку на дом, оплатили сразу же. Никаких предупреждений и вопросов у кассира не возникло. Наш заказ так и не привезли… Когда мы уже сами позвонили, поступил ответ, что возникли сложности с оформлением доставки, т.к. заказ сделан лично в кафе – ПРИХОДИТЕ ЗА ЗАКАЗОМ САМИ, ответили нам. Внимание вопрос! Почему клиенты должны решать ВАШИ косяки за ВАС же? Почему я, придя специально заранее и заплатив, должна идти за своим заказом, выполняя работу курьера? Почему я должна терпеть неудобства из-за ошибки кассира? И почему компания СУШИ ВОК не может позволить себе хотя бы принести извинения или хоть какую-то компенсацию? Отвратительный сервис, некомпетентный персонал (кассир, которая принимала заказ и накосячила с оформлением – обратите внимание на своих работников!) и никакой отдел качества. Ответственности в работе, уважения и заботы о покупателях в этой компании мы не увидели. Выводы сделали.

Хорошее место, если заказывать то хорошо, если есть в заведении,то не очень, так как помещение достаточно маленькое.Но все блюда очень вкусные и быстрое обслуживание.
