Добрый вечер! Хотели заказать суши на 2000 рублей в 22:45. Оформили заказ, но на сайте он не отображался. Ни время, ни что заказ принят. Звонила 3 раза, номер телефона был недоступен. Как я могла отменить заказ ? В общем ссылаясь на то, что закрытие в 23:00 подумали, что заказ не приняли( так как никаких данных о заказе не увидели). Заказали суши в другом месте , оплатили онлайн. в итоге приезжает курьер суши вока , деваться некуда, нужно платить. нам пришлось отдать всего 4000 рублей. Спасибо за замечательный сайт и клиентоориентированность. Также хочется отметить, что курьер выглядел пугающе, агрессивным из-за этой ситуации. Также хочу рассказать историю моей подруги, заказывала суши через сайт, заказ приняли, а когда пришли через 40 минут , работники сказали, что сайт не работает и нужно перезаказать. В общем РАЗБЕРИТЕСЬ С САЙТОМ И НОМЕРОМ ТЕЛЕФОНА!!! настроение на вечер испортили Суши попробовали , запеченые СПЛОШНОЙ МАЙОНЕЗ, калифорния РЕЗИНОВЫЕ И С НЕПРИЯТНЫМ ПРИВКУСОМ! суши в помойку, ВЕРНИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ!

Пришли попробовали и выкинули в помойку. Такое со мной впервые. Суп томям это вода с рисом. Запеченные суши рис с майонезом. На суши вообще все это не похоже. 2 т.р. В трубу. По хорошему нужно пойти и набить морду этому продавцу и забрать деньги. В итоге вечер испорчен , едим хлеб)
