Беспокоит что при заказе через приложение часто точки по часу могут не начинать готовить заказ. Приложение может не работать, поддержка, а если и работает не всегда может помочь в решении и быстро среагировать на ситуацию, потому что не продумана связь между отделами. И ещё могут не вернуть деньги за отменённый заказ

Почему ваш номер телефона не работает? Не могу дозвониться ? Куда смотрит руководство 2гис. Работают явные недобросовестные люди (написала бы по-другому, но модераторы не пропускают верное написание обманщиков). Денежные средства списали, а дозвониться нельзя.

Мне не понравилось .Я не понимаю как обычный вок можно так запортачить .Посетителей нет от слова совсем .В зале просто спала сотрудница .Девушка на кассе приветливая .Но вок не вкусный .Сын и я съесть это не смогли .
