Заказывали вечером 12.01.2024г. сет. Отвратительно, просто ужасно! Роллы с песком, скрипящим на зубах - это что-то новое! И вид никакой, все кривое, формы нет вообще, тяп-ляп...

Остался крайне не доволен, начиная от самого заказа и заканчивая общением с менеджером. Оформил заказ через приложение, время доставки было указано 20:00+-20мин. Практически сразу перезвонил менеджер, за это и одна звезда. А потом менеджер отказала в заказе, мотивируя это тем, что точка на ул. Чапаева закрыта и в наш район заказы не доставляют, хотя на Железнякова есть ещё точка, которая равно удалена от места куда надо привезти заказ. Это я не говорю, что включили сумму за доставку в 70 рублей, мелочь конечно, но тем не менее. В приложении указано, что при доставке от 600 рублей-70. А заказ у меня был более 1000 рублей. Но и это ещё не всё. На вопрос почему на сайте не достоверная информация, которая дает возможность мне сделать заказ с моего адреса, а по факту , я не могу получить свой заказ, хотя по сути эта публичная оферта, где мне было отказано в получении услуги, мне ответили, что по другому они работать не могут, так как у них тогда вообще не будут приходить заказы, вот мы всех и обзваниваем и в целях безопасности доставляем только на харьковскую гору. На минутку в тот район, где сейчас идут массированные обстрелы, не логично как- то. И самое досадное, это беседа с менеджером, которая постоянно припиралась и в конечном итоге положила трубку. Очень жаль...
